What are the top 3 ways of finding Real Estate Auctions?
I have found some great auctions thru the Sunday Paper classifieds section. In our area, they have auctions for both personal property and real estate. I always try to hit the real estate auctions with the smallest ad. Most people will focus on the larger auction ads and there seems to be fewer people at the small ad auctions. Less people equals better deals from what I have found.

I have found auctions by looking in the phone book. I have called every real estate auction service in there and asked to be added to their mailing list. Every 2 weeks, I recieve many listings via mail on real estate auctions in the area. They also send personal property auctions. The auction services are very gracious to have a new customer call for info. Great source of free information.
